your nominations are safe & secure!

Upon submission, your nomination(s) are received and stored on a specific and secure Microsoft platform electronically. Its security protocols are available for your reference.

There are only two groups of people who will have access to your submitted nominations. One would be Precedent Productions and the other are the judges.

On judging day, the judges are randomised and will receive your nominations only in hardcopy. Once the judging day is completed, all nominations in hardcopy are safely destroyed.

On the first business day after judging day, the electronic version of all nominations are deleted from the Microsoft platform.

The only information retained are:

1. the contact details of the nominators (ie name, role, service name, mobile number, e-mail address);

2. the list of finalists and winners (ie name, service name and award category).
